I re-did my AJ Day 2013 piece. This new one is much better, but still not good enough for me. Darn it hands! Draw what's in my head!
I experimented with painting, which looks decent (that's me being very generous to myself). I have two clashing styles here, which is interesting, but it doesn't really work. Again, experimenting. I wasn't sure about posting this, but I haven't posted any drawing stuff in a while, and this at least looks better than last year's...I think?
In short, total learning experience, decent outcome.

Also slowly working on a couple short animations. They're coming along, slowly but surely.

Ok yeah "facepalm". Ive got to stop usig that gif.
Good job on the lineart there. Props for trying to be show accurate on the characters there. That's a style that's impossible for me to immitate. Some advice for the backgrounds would be to study how other artists make theirs. I'm no expert myself to be honest which is why I just usually resort to simple backgrounds. (Hel, the only thing I can paint nicely is clouds. If you go to my page, you'll notice an abundance of clouds in my gallery. xD)
